Cozy and warm apartment located in the city center, 2 steps from the prefecture and less than 10 minutes walk from the train station. Very bright and completely refurbished, on the 1st floor of a bourgeois house without lift, this one-bedroom apartment will offer you all the necessary comfort during your stay. A large fully equipped living room. One bedroom with queen-size bed (new bedding) and office area A dressing room & laundry room. A bathroom and separate wc. Wifi (Fiber)
The district is in the city center and is less than 10 minutes from the station The tram located 100m from the apartment allows you to travel to the 4 corners of Le Mans: The university, the hospital, the old town, cinema, theater, Antarès, 24h circuit, ice rink .
