Truly enjoyed our two night stay as we had all the comforts needed including breakfast on the go to accommodate our early drive up Col du Tourmalet for the Tour de France.

Chalet Ourea is located in a quiet rural area of the French Pyrenees - perfect for our daily outings for hiking. Patrick and Marie Laure are lovely hosts and made us feel most welcome. The views from their property are beautiful and they have alpacas and chickens ! Our room was very comfortable with the bathroom attached. Breakfast in the morning was healthy and generous. Lovely welcoming owners & staff made you feel at home & enjoyed talking with the other guests. Really great breakfast & dinner!!!! Perfect for our stay, nothing elaborate but absolutely functional and met expectations.
We stayed in the apartment. Francoise kindly brought us breakfast every morning. She was very helpful with advice about where to walk. The swimming pool and the surrounding area were lovely. We were in a traditional village in the beautiful Campan valley, which we liked.
The host met us at the property and we were able to park the car off the road, which was very useful. We used Campan for cycling up Tourmalet, so the location was excellent.
