staff was horrible!
staff was horrible! The cheval blanc is the place to cancel from your booking list. A horrible experience for both my family and our friends. we were really aggressed from the staff present at our arrival, one of the staff was visibly drunk, while the other one impolite and later aggressive when we asked politely to change the visibly dirty bedsheets.We were leaving in a hurry! Place to avoid absolutely!
