The hosts were lovely, as in France there is a wood burner, this takes time and effort to heat the room. Usually I holiday in the summer so as it’s heading into Autumn the cooler weather is expected. The little town close by does have a restaurant but was only open for a few hours daily, however there are bigger towns not too far away. There is a lovel beach lake about 40 mins walk away.

Wonderful hosts who made us feel very welcome from the moment we stepped through the door. After a very long day, the comfort and quality of the facilities and our bedroom were a very welcome treat. I think I put on several inches to my waistline after a delicious evening meal and a scrumptious breakfast. I absolutely can't fault anything about our stay. They'd thought of everything - even a spare charger cable and UK to Europe travel plug amongst lots of tasty treats. Thank you to the hosts for providing a great place to rest our weary heads!
