location, wifi, breakfast
Good value for money
Breakfast overpriced and unnecessary as many patisseries to eat at nearby Location required 3 tubes into town
+ Reasonable price, neat hotel + Near metro, only 120meter. + Good shower
- You need a paper/invoice to use breakfast - Luggage room locker 'says one time use only', but you can use it more than one time. - No 'thank you' for pointing out a leakage.
The hotel was easy to reach from the metro and bus services and was bright and airy .
The hotel drinks were very expensive and the pm'd night we ate in the food was not particularly good although we were on a large party booking so may not be a fair assessment .
Swimming pool Location Restaurants near hotel
Room was small
Though the rooms are small they are always clean and tidy. All the shops are close by
Accessibility in lots of things...
The room too small and I'm looking for a kettle as I'm used to have it in some hotels in Ireland.
hard for the taxi driver to find. Lot 's of construction around. They were not ready for a large crowd in the restaurant, and in the morning for breakfast, they had a very limited selection. They ran out of items. And they ran out of silver ware, I had good 3 nights, but only stayed 1 night. Good luck here
This hotel us good for the price you pay. Rooms are tiny but you're only sleeping there. Very comfortable beds had no troubles sleeping. Breakfast was great. Staff were very accommodating and willing to do help as much as they can. 5 minute walk to the metro and rer stations. About 10-15 minutes via metro to the Champs Élysées then you can walk everywhere from there. Cleaned well each day.
Clean and Friendly Staff.
It was a cold and rainy weekend in july and we could'nt get any higher temperatur in the room. It was freezy and not comfortable to go to sleep.
Bed was very comfortable, Location was not so bad, right next to Metro station "Borchant"
One has to pay for the entrance to the pool, hotel does not provide any guides for Paris city, only maps
Hide cost of pool
Building work going on but can't be helped. Still recommend though
Nice place to sleep after a day's walk. Our 2nd floor room was nice, clean and functional. We like our roomy bathroom with strong shower.
For foreigner, the location is a bit far from city center attractions, especially at this time when the surroundings are all under construction. Without taxi driver's help, we wouldn't be able to find this hotel. The neighborhood looks like needing revitalization. The restaurants are convenient but pricey.
Well for starters , I put a do not disturb sign on my door , but they went in any way, so I asked to not have anyone in my room , next day, same thing happened, so I complained again, and it happened a third time had to threaten action, it finally stopped Next the pool, that was the reason why we stayed at this hotel, first day we get there pool is close till 9pm the next day, then we tried to go the next day and you wanted to charge us 5€ a day that would end up being 50€ during my visit for the pool! Seriously! , so we pay and the hot tub is only warm at best , so we spent 10€ for about 5 min, we are completely disappointed with the whole experience and your staff was not too friendly eather, too bad
Nice room, well presented hotel
Not a double bed, two singles joined together which moved apart if you tried to lie in the middle.
service was good
Location is far from the city center but near to metro station so you can reach city center in 20-30 min. Staff was helpful
A/C is not good at all
Nice view over Eiffel tower Nice cleaning staff Car parking wit lots of space Nice value for money breakfast from 4.00 to 12.00 AM
Some reception staff would never smile and didn't seem being liking what they were doing. Car parking condtions unclear information in booking.com. It was written 19€ 24h, but that meant only consecutive 24h.
Fine beds, large bathrooms and nice breakfast.
When we arrived at the hotel, holding the confirmation document of Booking, the staff said that there was no reservation made. It took more then 20min to find out what went wrong. Trough that time the staff wasn't friendly and kept us asside of other guests. Finaly we had to re-reservate on spot and we get a room. When we came of breakfast the next day, the card for entering our room didn't work anymore. On the receptiondesk they told us that the room wasn't booked so its was empty. It took another 20min untill they believed we sleep there. And when you talk about the Ibis 15min polecy (solve a problem in 15min or you sleep free) they said it didn't count. This was the second the time we stayed there and its the second time we have trouble. The first time we get a room that wasn't cleaned yet and it was a room for 1 disabeld person. Next time I will think twice before booking there again.
Close to metro/rer Swimming pool
The hotel was difficult to reach due to construction works. Poor communication between front desk staff and swimming pool staff. Swimming pool is not included in room rate.
Good WiFi connection, really close to metro station and good price. Breakfasts was also nice and cheap.
The staff is very confused. Stayed at the hotellets last year too. Still a lot of trouble about dobbel booked rooms. Meaning, you can not be sure, someone else might be checked in at your room! The breakfast buffet - something is always missing, very slow service.
