First of all, I liked the good nature, positivity and responsiveness of the owner Philippe. The breakfasts he prepared from natural products were not only very tasty, but also charged with positivity for the whole day thanks to his company. Everything in the hotel is thought out to the smallest detail. An ideal place for solo travel.

A perfect location for visiting the main hospital in Lyon, a 10 minute walk although with lots of steps. Artisan boulangerie 5 minutes walk. Lidl 10 minutes walk for basic provisions. A couple of restaurants nearby.

It is a high rise, high density inner city accommodation area with all the problems you would expect. The people we met however were lovely and friendly and the market held every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday had some great produce.

I highly recommend the hotel.
I highly recommend the hotel. The hotel indicates there is an air conditioner but it does not work. The receptionist is told that the guy who operates air conditioners is not there and the air conditioner can not be turned on, but in the lobby and in the dining room the air conditioner works. You may not be paying for a room with an air conditioner and you get a room with no air conditioner. Unable to sleep hot and sweating, in short horror.

The idea of opening with a code is good. The kitchen is well equipped with the daily needed ustensiles for our stay. Close to the tgv station (15mns walking distance) and few meters away from a main bus stop. If you are coming to Lyon and prefer not to stay too close the the busy area yet in a very easily reachable zone well accommodated this place is what you are looking for.

A flat is very nice: obviously, it was furnished with due care as if the host was planning it to be a personal flat. There is a lot of space in the parlour, accompanied by a nice and large balcony, where there is enough space even to have an outdoor breakfast. Close to the wonderful Parc Tete d'Or which has lovely gardens, a lake and free Zoo! The apartment is also only 3 minutes walk to a tram stop so access to the rest of the city no problem. Very nice view out of the windows on the 15th floor. Karine and Lukas who I dealt with were really helpful. The area is quiet and the lift works well!

There are also older beds and newer ones. The linen is very clean and of high quality. The rooms were cleaned every day. There is a minimum of hygiene products such as shower gel, soap and ear sticks.
