Agence Cocoonr offers this 75m² apartment on the 3rd floor (no elevator) of a former palace. In 1861, the first seaside palace, Hôtel Franklin, was built on the Sillon in Saint-Malo. Inside, the building is organized into interior galleries opening onto a glass-topped atrium. You'll enjoy a large living room, a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a shower room. This beautiful apartment has a parking space. The apartment comprises - A large, bright living room with double exposure: view of the basins, Intra-Muros and on the side a side view of the sillon beach looking out of the window. - A modern, fully-equipped kitchen with a high table for coffee or breakfast. Looking out the window, you'll see the national fort and the beach. - 2 beautiful bedrooms: one spacious with a 180cm bed, the other smaller with a 140cm bed. - At the end of the corridor is a brand-new, very modern shower room, as well as a room equipped for laundry, with washing machine. The area: In the Sillon district, you're just one block from the main beach on foot, as well as from all amenities. And a 2-minute walk from the Intra-Muros historic center, or the Palais des Congrès and Espace Duguay Trouin if you're coming for work. Entertainment: - Numerous bars and restaurants within walking distance, including the Dock on the quayside. A loft atmosphere in this industrially decorated building. - La Cabane sur les quais offers an all-you-can-eat seafood buffet. - Tombelaine Coquillage offers the best seafood platters to take away. - Intra-Muros and chaussée du sillon offer a wide range of restaurants, some of them right on the waterfront. - Check out the view over Saint-Malo from the top of the Ambassadeur Hotel with its Rooftop (hotel rooftop bar).
