Le Bleuet (Cornflower) and Le Cocquelict (Poppy) are beautifully renovated Normandy farmhouse and haybarn set in the tiny hamlet of La Cahudiere. Le Bleuet is the larger gite and sleeps 15 while Le Cocquelicot sleeps 5. Both provide stylish, comfortable and well equipped accommodation including modern bathrooms and kitchens, microwaves, dishwashers, DVD player , satellite TV and WIFI available. There are wood burning stoves and electric heating in all rooms. Both have access to a Laundry room and extensive DVD library. Each gite has a private patio and BBQ facilities. They are gites for all seasons. You can relax in the garden or around the heated pool in the summer or have a cosy break in front of a log fire.
We have worked with customer service for many years and we aim to make your break a memorable one and are always on hand to help you out.
We are only a few minutes away by car to the local village of St Martin de Landelles which has a bakers and local supermarket and restaurant/bar. St Hilaire du Harcouet is only 6kms away and is a bustling town with 4 supermarkets, banks, post Office and many other shops. One of the main attractions is the market on a Wednesday morning, where you can buy anything from a chicken to a tractor to fresh produce. It also has a lovely park with lakes and childrens play area. L'Ange Michel is an amusement park a few kms away which will keep the children happy for a few hours. We are only 30 minutes away from the famous Mont St Michel and Cancales, well known for its oysters and moules!
