Just 2km from the sea, this 95 m² house can accommodate up to 7 guests. It features a 48 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a 100 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics) included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: First floor: - A 48 m² living room with TV, sofa, dining area... - Office area - Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom 1: 19 m² bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200), wardrobe, door and direct access to the garden. - Bathroom with shower, two basins, towel warmer, hairdryer... - Separate WC - Laundry/storeroom area - Space to store provisions, shoes, parkas... Second floor: - Bedroom 2: 18 m² bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and a single bed with cupboards, closet and bedside tables. - Bedroom 3: 14 m² bedroom with double bed (140×190), chest of drawers, closet, rack and bedside tables. For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: stone barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron. The house is ideally located in Saint-Georges-d'Oléron, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are nearby. Cycle paths serving the whole island are 20 m from the accommodation and the Tourist Office is in the heart of the village (5 min walk). Activities : - Visit the heart of the village of Saint-Georges: the magnificent Romanesque church and the old covered market on the Place. - Cycle paths are close to the house. From Saint-Georges, it's easy to explore and enjoy all the island has to offer: -Discover the many large and beautiful wild beaches. (The beautiful Douhet beach is 2km from the house). - Visit Fort Boyard and discover the immense Saumonards beach and the vast pine forest that borders it (towards Boyard town). - Visit to the Chassiron lighthouse in Saint-Denis d'Oléron - Visit to the Vauban citadel of Château d'Oléron (18km south-west of the island) and the pretty, typical port with its fishermen's huts and handicrafts. - Visit to the charming Port des Salines in the south of the island and the salt marshes (1 very good restaurant) + local produce stalls. - Discover the beaches of Saint Trojan and its popular tourist train. - Discover the Marennes d'Oléron basin and its oyster farms, with oyster tastings.
