Great little find. Owner was very warm and welcoming. Beautiful house in a wonderful countryside setting just 10 minutes from Carcassonne. Arrived at night. It is definitely countryside setting, but that said the signage to Domaine La Suzette is excellent and its very easy to find from the village. Would highly recommend. Would definitely go back for a longer trip in the future.

Domaine La Sauzette is a converted farmhouse of over 200 years old located 1.9 mi from Carcassonne and offers accommodations based on lodging, breakfast and table dhôtes. There are also 6 luxury safari lodges on the Domaine, equipped with their own kitchen with all accessories, bathroom with shower and toilet and a private terrace located by the swimming pool in a green environment. The farm is located on an estate of 2 hectares between forests and vineyards where you can relax, cool off in the swimming pool, play a game of jeu de boules or take a lovely walk through the green landscape. There is an arcade for lovers of table tennis, table football and pool billiards. Of course, the inner person has also been thought of. There is ample parking space at the property.
