The presence of unregistered people in the accommodations is not permitted at any time during the stay.

You will need to clean the barbecue and the fireplace. The dishwasher must be emptied and the garbage must be taken out when you leave.

Linen rental includes: 2 towels per person, 1 complete set of sheets, 1 bath mat, 2 tea towels, 1 new sponge, 3 dishwasher tablets, 1 hand washing liquid, 1 roll of toilet paper in each toilet, 1 paper towel, coffee and tea capsules, welcome products for the kitchen.

A damage deposit of € 1,500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
