Come and discover the charm of our refurbished and tastefully decorated apartment in the historic district of Vieux Lyon. You'll be staying in this pretty, authentic 35 m² apartment on the 3rd floor (no elevator), close to the banks of the Saône and less than 10 minutes' walk from the Perrache and Vieux Lyon stations. Comprising a bright, quiet living room with a 140*190 sofa bed, a fully-equipped kitchen area, a bathroom and a romantic, comfortable mezzanine bedroom (1.60m high). WIFI available, bed linen and towels included. Courtesy items are available (pasta, rice), as well as a traveler's guide giving you all the information you need about the apartment (wifi code, notices) and Lyon's best addresses. Entrance to the premises is 100% autonomous from 3pm via a connected lock. Checkout is scheduled until 11am maximum on the day of your departure. ** Our extras ** Late check-out until 1pm possible for an additional 18E (request to be made the day before at the latest). Linen surcharges apply if 2 people each wish to use double bedding. The supplement is 18E per stay. The entire Memorable Place team is mobilized to guarantee you the safest possible stay! Before each arrival, we call in a professional cleaning team to clean and disinfect the premises and used linen. As mentioned in the advertisement, parties and noisy events (loud music etc...) that could disturb our neighbors are forbidden in our apartment, as is smoking inside the apartment. Any breach of these rules during your stay will result in a financial penalty.
