With a surface area of 130m2, it has : - A separate kitchen - 4 bedrooms (3 large - 17m2, 15m2 and 13m2 including a master suite, and 1 smaller of 9m2) - 2 shower rooms - 2 toilets. You will be charmed by the character of the place: old parquet floors, mouldings, fireplaces in each room - not functional, the exceptional view and the brightness. The flat has all the necessary comforts : heating and hot water (gas), Orange fibre internet connection, electricity. Put your things down and take advantage of the service offered by the Cocoonr agency in Rennes which manages this flat. Whether you are in Rennes on business, on a family holiday or on a city break, you will be welcomed in a personalised manner by a member of the Cocoonr Rennes agency, located near the flat (10 rue de la Psalette).
