In Saint-Malo, we offer you this charming apartment in a quiet alley 300 m from the beach of bon secours, with wifi, 63 m² and can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the 4th floor, it comprises an attractive 25 m² living room with fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower). Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation is composed as follows : - 25 m² living room with TV - A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Two bedrooms with 1 double bed (140×190) and 2 single beds - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning does not include routine tasks such as cleaning and putting away dishes, or taking out the trash.
