The Villa was very nice and modern with great view. Very clean and every thing was available. The lake is just 4 Min walk and there is nice restaurants near by. The host Mr. Phillipe was very welcoming and supportive. He did show us around and did recommend to us great locations. Annecy old town is just 10 Min by car. Privet parking is available. Having your own car is a plus to visit near by places.
