The beautiful courtyard and the lovely cats sunbathing on the roof! We also loved the owners who made our stay incredibly comfortable. The facilities are also very clean. Antibes is a wonderful town along the French Riviera, and a good alternative to Nice as a base for a visit, especially if you want a more overall charming spot to bask in. Walking around is a delight, with lots of little surprises along the way. The Picasso Museum is excellent and well worth a visit. One restaurant that we particularly enjoyed was Le P'tit Cageot. It has a limited menu but the entrees and desserts are excellent!

One of a kind place. Such beauty and kind people.
One of a kind place. Such beauty and kind people. Close to cultural and natural sites. Good access to trains and bus for the entire coast. The beaches, the Cap and lighthouse, Marketplace, Picasso museum etc all great. Not over the top with bling but refined and a beauty plus, a great walking town.
Wonderful, open plan apartment in the old town of Antibes. It was not easy to get to with roads being blocked by construction and limiting cars, but once in the apt, it was perfect. Every thing you needed was a short step away. Being on the 4 th floor gave it privacy from the scene below, which includes restaurants. The owner was very accommodating and pleasant. You climb up to the loft bedroom, which has a very comfortable bed with luxury bedding. the apt is full of windows, which makes it light and bright. We loved this apt.
The hotel has great outdoor space, a lovely pool, and a great restaurant (La Garoupe) next door. It is extremely well located in Cap d'Antibes. There are great beaches, restaurants, scenic walks, and conveniences all in walking distance (pharmacy, cafe, minimarket, and free parking). We were able to get whatever we needed within 5 minutes of the property- everything was easy. Our family room was spacious (3 beds and 2 baths). The set up worked very well for our family of four.
Loved the hosts … very friendly and helpful . Rooms small but had everything we needed . Loved the bread/ croissants for breakfast . Location convenient . walking distance from Antibes Town Centre/ Beach and Juan Les Pins . Felt very comfortable there . Have recommended it to others since . Reasonably priced base for touring Côte d’Azur . Safe free parking in front of hotel on street .
The hotel is nice. The position is about 15 minutes driving far from Antibes' old town, downtown or the principal beaches. Anyway, it is near the highway, if someone wants to move around to other places. Continental breakfast on a reservation and not included; it was good but might be improved. Solarium and a small pool on the rooftop. Very kind and helpful the night man.
The attention to detail is fabulous in this small boutique hotel, beautiful decor, the bed is incredibly comfy, the shower lovely, the walk in wardrobe has everything you need including a lovely tote bag to take to the pool or beach! They also offer bikes to borrow and we had a lovely time exploring the old town etc. We loved our two nights there and we will be back.
This was an excellent stay especially for the money. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from many bars and restaurants. And only about an 8-10 minute walk to the water. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. A mini bar was even available as well as the option for breakfast (9 euros).
Great location walking distance to the center town, market and beach. The staff was super nice! We got a nice surprise for our anniversary and birthday, thanks a lot ladies for the lovely room with balcony :) the breakfast was fresh and very good! One of the best hotels we stayed so we will definitely come back when we will visit Antibes again!
This is a beautiful place to stay. Dry comfortable bed, quiet, and right in Antibes. It was my first time to southern France but I will definitely come back k to stay here again. Holly is a wealth of knowledge about the area with spot-on restaurant and other recommendations.
The apartment was in a very good location in the centre of the old town in Antibes. It was very well appointed and clean with everything you require. Excellent for a short stay. Damien was very attentive to any requirements.
Superb location right on the edge of the wall inside of Old Town in a historic building. Couldn't be more convenient to explore Antibes. Antique furnishings throughout. Great breakfast. Friendly owner and staff.
The location was excellent, although a little hard to find initially. We really liked our room and used the little courtyard a lot (I'm a smoker). It was a great place to sit and chat with others in the hotel.
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a quiet relaxed atmosphere. Very good location near to the marina and old town. Fabulous breakfast. Excellent hotel would definitely recommend
