With the addition of a sofa bed in the living room, the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people but once the sofa bed is unfolded it will significantly reduce the space. The main room is carefully furnished to create a friendly and warm atmosphere. The sofa bed is equipped with a comfortable mattress to ensure a good night's sleep. There is also a flat screen TV for entertainment, as well as a dining table and chairs for meals. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare meals, including cooktops, an oven, a refrigerator, and a microwave. Cooking utensils and tableware are also provided to facilitate meal preparation and consumption. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable 140x190 bed, soft sheets and pillows to ensure a good night's sleep. Storage space is also available to store guests' clothing and personal belongings. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink and a toilet and a washer-dryer. The apartment is also equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi to allow guests to stay connected during their stay. Our apartment is located on the ground floor on a busy street. Parking is possible and free around and close to the building in case there is no space, we have a private parking space 3 minutes walk from the apartment. It is close to many restaurants, bars and shops. You can easily explore the city on foot (15min), but there are also buses nearby if you prefer public transport.
