In a very quiet and luxury residence on the ground floor, small studio with all mod cons of 20m2, sofa, "king size", small kitchen, independent bathroom, separate WC, television, WI-FI. Next to the Roger Menu park and the Bulléo swimming pool, near the city center, large parking nearby, shops nearby such as a bakery 2 minutes' walk away. Epernay, Capital of Champagne.
