The ground floor: - An entrance - A living room overlooking the garden - A fitted kitchen with access to the garden - WC with washbasin Upstairs: - A bathroom with bath, toilet and washbasin - A bedroom with a 140 cm bed - A second bedroom with a 140 cm bed - A third bedroom with a 140 cm bed which opens onto a fourth bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a 120 cm bed and a 90 cm bed Outside: - A terrace - A garden - A driveway where you can park a vehicle - A garage with a shower. You can park a second vehicle there Please note: - Electricity in addition on the meter reading from 1/1 to 4/05 and from 19/10 to 31/12 cost per kwh according to the EDF base tariff in force. - Bed linen and towels not provided - Possibility of renting: 16 euros/set of sheets or 19 euros/set of duvets; Towels kit (2 towels, 2 bath towels, 2 tea towels, 1 bath mat): 20 euros, or possibility individually. - Departure cleaning to be carried out by the tenant or possibility of booking a cleaning package: 120 euros. - Pets allowed with an extra charge of 28 euros/pet/week including short stay. - The price of the variable tourist tax will be adjusted on site.
