Architect house, small sea view, 6 people, exceptional location, quiet, close to the coast, tourist activities and amenities. Located 1km from the beautiful beach of Morgat and 300 m from the cliffs and the GR34 (see photo Virgin Island) in the middle of the Kador, it will be the anchor of your holidays, the departure of your long walks through wild moors, heather, broom with always the sea in the background. The House : Architect's house completed in 2007, very clear, very well equipped, exposed Southwest on ground of 650 m ² with terrace wood and balcony of 10 m ². It has on the ground floor, a large living room with lounge, dining room and kitchen, a bathroom with toilet and a closet. Upstairs, a double room 160 x 200 overlooking a terrace with open views over the moor and the sea as a backdrop, a second room with two beds of 80 (or a bed of 160) and a third room with 2 bunk beds of 90 and finally We offer optional cleaning for 70 euros as well as the rental of sheets at 10 euros per bed
It is always with great pleasure that I welcome travelers who come to my house. I know the Crozon Peninsula well, which allows me to give advice on the different visits to be made during the stay as well as on the walks to be done and the surf or fun / kite surfing spots that made according to the conditions map.
The house was built on private land outside subdivision. It is accessed by a private access serving a total of 7 houses. The area is really very quiet but not isolated from everything. Access to Morgat can be done on foot through the woods. A stabilized road of about one kilometer makes it possible to go to the port of Morgat. You will find bakeries, creperies, restaurants, supermarket ...
