Stunning and spacious home, superbly equipped kitchen, fluffy towels, beautifully presented throughout. Fabulous views, beautiful pool cleaned daily and so tranquil. The Grand Longere is a large (187m2) renovated villa which stands on the 4ha grounds of the Manoir de la Brunie (a authentic 15th century Fortified Manor). The property has extensive views of the dordogne Valley. Its position is unrivaled being located in the heart of the Black Perigord,close to the medievil city of Sarlat and all the Dordogne has to offer from castles to caves to major leisure activities. An 18hole golf course and tennis courts are nearby. The Grand Longere provides all character you seek with exposed beams and a two story stone open fireplace together with the modern luxury of a large fully equiped kitchen ( espresso machine, double door americana fridge/freezer) three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, dining area,pool table and a mezzanine games area with X-box and UK TV. It is further complimented by a beautiful large outdoor terrace overlooking the pond and grounds of the Manoir. A large swimming pool with views is available for use (April 1-October 1). The Grand Longere is perfect for couples or families looking for a luxury escape in the heart of the dordogne and can cater up to 6 people. For larger groups (up to 10 people) the accommodations can be extended to include ‘petite Brunie’ (a two bedroom apartment).
