This very quiet apartment, overlooks a courtyard. It's completely renovated and decorated in a cocooning style and can accommodate up to 2 adults or 2 adults and 1 baby. The apartment is located in the heart of Toulouse, rue Croix Baragnon, in the historic district of St Etienne. Ideally located and fully equipped, the apartment will be suitable for any type of stay. The metro Esquirol and Carmes (line A and B) are 2 steps away. Bed linen and towels are provided. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 3rd floor building (6 flats only) classified by the "Batîments de France". It overlooks a courtyard which makes it very quiet since far from the passage of cars. Freshly renovated, it consists of a kitchen open to living room with an office, a night corner and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment is fully equipped so that you feel at home. Optical fibre connection to the internet has installed in january 2023. It is composed in particular of the following equipments: - A real bed 140x190cm - A comfortable sofa - A large wardrobe with wardrobe and shelves - A desk - bluetooth speaker - a flat-screen TV - wifi internet access - A washing machine - Iron - Induction hobs - Combined microwave oven - A refrigerator - Nespresso coffee

Located in the very center, the district is a stone's throw from Place du Capitole, Place St Georges, the Carmes market, the botanical garden, sea bream... The apartment is located in the very center of Toulouse near the Esquirol (line A) and Carmes (line B) metro stations, bicycle stations and You will also have very easy access to the bus as well as to the Vélo Toulouse bike stations. 3 Vinci car parks are located near the accommodation.
