Horrible experience. After we checked out of the hotel, we noticed that we got overcharged an extra amount. When we called back the hotel about the issue, what we expected is a quick apology and a refund. Instead, what followed is a total of more than 26 minutes of arguing on the phone across two calls, waiting on hold endlessly, sending a long detailed email until they finally admitted that they overcharged us 34 euros and said they will refund the amount. Unfortunately the story didn't end there, more than a month after we still haven't received a refund. When we inquired about the status of the refund they ignored us completely and didn't respond to our further 2 emails. Instead, they kept money that doesn't rightfully belong to them, despite us making all efforts to retrieve it. This hotel is supposed to be a 4-star spa hotel. This experience was anything but relaxing to us. The behaviour of the staff was below all standards of professionalism when it came to dealing with our issue, which was caused by their own miscalculation in the first place.

The staff were extremely friendly even though we arrived late and there was a fair in town that for sure was giving them extra work. Room was small but clean and was more than adequate for our one-night stay.

The staff at reception was kind, helpful, and I could comunicate with them in english and spanish. The staff at restaurant and cafetería didn’t speak other languages but they were kind and trying to communicate (except for one man at the restaurant that was a bit rude). I could park my car for free in the street and I could see it from the window 🙂. Anyway, the streets around looked very safe. I also could wash and dry my clothes in the laundry room that they share with another hotel. Wash+Detergent+Dry = 6,5 euros. Breakfast was normal. The best thing was fresh nice bread and very good mermelades.

We loved every aspect of our stay! The hosts were really nice and attentive. The rooms have different themes and are decorated according to them. There was a kettle and a wide variety of tea to choose from, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We had everything we needed, and it's an amazing place to stay!
