Located in the heart of Dax in the Aquitaine region, the Splendid Hotel features a fitness center and a 5906 ft² spa including a thermal pool and Cinq Mondes products. The staff were amazing! I truly appreciated them going the extra mile to make my stay fabulous, even when there was a misunderstanding about needing to reserve the spa! I absolutely loved my stay! It was so relaxing, and the spa of course is incredible and it's the best being able to access it in the hotel! I had the best time there unwinding and letting my aches and pains from a long drive and long morning hike, melt away! I must say that the location of the hotel is wonderful too! I enjoyed looking out my window at the sunrise and then walking along the waterfront and over the bridges and taking pictures, and also exploring the nearby streets, when they were quiet in the early morning, and then visiting some great stores later! Easy parking really close too! Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!!☺️

Hôtel Le Relais Dax is located in the center of Dax next to pedestrian streets, a 10-minute walk from the Adour river, 1969 feet from the Arena and few steps from the thermal baths center. Upon arrival, we received a very warm welcome! The hotel is very quaint, comfortable and clean. The location is amazing! Very close to the center of town, to restaurants and all kinds of shops. The hostess is very friendly and goes out of their way to make you comfortable and happy. There is a great supermarket about two blocks away that carries multiple varieties of items including clothing, house items and pharmacy.
