## The space Discover the heart of Perpignan in our fully equipped and cosy flat, ideally located for your stay. With its numerous bars and restaurants, you will spend unforgettable moments. Our 60 m² accommodation can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 travellers and offers a neat and functional décor. The living and dining room has a pull-out sofa bed and a dining area. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for whipping up delicious meals. You will also find two bedrooms with comfortable double beds, with bed linen included, and a functional bathroom with a ground-level shower and washbasin. Chairs, cutlery, kitchen utensils, glasses and bowls are provided for your comfort. To facilitate your arrival, we offer you an autonomous entrance with a code for the key box, which we will communicate to you after confirming your booking. You will also benefit from a free public car park opposite the flat. Finally, we are only a 10-minute drive from Perpignan airport. Enjoy your stay to the full in this comfortable and functional flat where you will feel right at home. Contact me by clicking on "Contact host" for more information. ## Guest access You will have optimal access to all nearby amenities during your stay, from shops and services to attractions and accommodation.
