Very friendly owner, magical location, some parts of the castle are nearly 900 year old, terrific breakfast. The chateau is also close to other great destinations (Puy Du Fou, the great little medieval town of Clisson). Highly recommended!

The place is an old manor house or chateau, just like in the pictures. We slept in a beautiful four-poster bed. The staff was very friendly and tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The ground floor has very nice sitting rooms and the breakfast was excellent. The ground are great for pets and kids to run around.

Terrific breakfast, loved the room, exceptionally clean, well-equipped, very tasteful decor but quirky too to reflect the building's former life as a village school. Bed extremely comfortable. An excellen stat, would definitely come again, especially in season.
