The Residence le Moulin is a very nice and comfortable place. And one of its main assets are the wonderful hosts, Sylvie and Francis. It was wonderful to be guided with such care both previous to arrival and as we arrived! our plane landed only at 20:00 and though this was well past 23:00 when we arrived Francis waited up for us, explained as to the private parking space, let us in and explained everthing we needed to know about the house. He even had, on top of the cold water and coke bottles in the fridge, some flowers and a gift waiting for us! And since they didn't have guests for the next day, they invited us to check out as late as we like. Such lovely people. The apartment is a real home, with two bedrooms and a living room and kitchen and of course bathroom and toilet, very comfortable in an old fashioned way, and the bedrooms look over a park - all green trees and flowering grass. wonderful for a family. It was a perfect location for us since we wanted to travel along the Marne and the house is right nearby. There's a great boulangrie at couple of minutes by foot, a pizza place and a small grocery store with vegetables. We are a family of three and we felt so comfortable and at home there, I warmly recommend the Residence le Moulin of Chennevieres !

Newly renovated rooms are clean, comfortable and great value for the location. Staff is friendly. After trying quite a few places, this is my favorite hotel in the area. If you don't like the stairs, ask for first floor room. I stayed on 4th floor with view on back courtyard. Was very quiet.
