Our Gite is a home from home set in the heart of the French countryside. It is well equipped with all the essentials that you will need. This is a location to relax and enjoy. The property is not overlooked, there is green space all around us. We are a 10 minute drive from the village of A`Hun where you can buy your fresh bread, it also has three bars. The town of Gueret is a 20 minute drive where you can pick up your beer and wine, also it is abundant with cafe`s and bars. Nearby is Golf, Fishing and many countryside walks.
We enjoy the company and the meeting of people from various backgrounds. Our aim is to help you have a pleasant stay. Nothing is too much trouble to assist in your enjoyment. The added bonus of this Gite is that we are next door to you for any information or problems that you may encounter. We will, on your arrival provide a provision pack of the essentials, i.e. bread, butter, milk etc. just in case you arrive too late to shop. We also have 2 acres of land for children to kick a ball and wear themselves out on. There is a nightly surcharge of 10 Euro`s per dog/cat/pet per night.
Within a 15 minute drive is the local attraction of "The Wolf" Sanctuary. Five minutes further on is a Giant Maze, excellent for children and adults. The village of Masgot is well worth a visit with its array of sculptures. There is so much to see and do. The many restaurants offer a daily "Plat Du Jour" for the price of 13 to 15 euros which consists of a five course meal some with wine. Bargain! Of course not forgetting the many French daily markets in the towns and villages. There are a few Motor cycle/Scramble events close by at A`Hun, Sardent and Aubusson
