Please note that this accommodation is only available on a medium-term basis ( 30 nights minimum) The apartment: Completely renovated, this apartment features a fully-equipped kitchen with everything you need for long and medium-term stays, 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet, 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds. 1 beautiful living room with television and high-speed internet access completes the set. Other remarks: - Linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels) and your bed will be made up on arrival. - Utilities are included in the rental price (water, electricity, internet). Please note, however, that a meter reading may be taken on arrival and departure. - An inventory of fixtures may also be carried out on arrival and departure. To comply with legislation, your reservation will require the signature of a contract (mobility lease or civil lease).
