Good value for the price. Professional and friendly staff. The hotel is actually pet-friendly (even their website might be confusing about it). Very nice and relaxing experience after booking other very bad four-star hotel in Bordeaux for the previous night.

Not much to say here—very basic no frills spot for a short stay. The area is sort of a "new industrial" city feel, without restaurants or anything to do nearby. Train station is close though as the walk into the center is about 45 minutes. Staff was friendly.
