Very nice location in the Dordogne countryside. Rich and Ola were really friendly and helpful. With food on arrival( late in the evening), recommendations and organising trips. The kids loved the pool and playing around the property. Only there for 5 days which was too short. Lots to explore in the area.

Villa duroux is an absolutely beautiful piece of heaven. Tucked away amongst the sunflowers, but close enough to the two beautiful local villages, the perfect spot for complete relaxation, if that's what you are looking for! on the flipside, if you are looking for an all action holiday with running, biking, canoeing and strength training, Ola is on hand for you ! Rich and Ola are wonderful hosts, who really care about their guests, helping you in any way that they can, to ensure you have the best time. the accommodation is spotlessly clean, bright and beautifully decorated, with everything you could possibly need. It's the special personal touches that Richard and Ola take the time and thought to make, that ensure you have a wonderful time! You will be sad to leave, and you will definitely leave villa duroux with a little piece of your heart !

An impeccably neat and tidy holiday cottage in a beautiful country side setting. The cottage was equipped with anything you could need including outdoor bbq and terrace, Sun loungers and a good kitchen.

Beautiful place and warm welcoming house. We went 10 people for new year's eve there. The owning family was lovely and caring and offered us anything we needed to pass a beautiful three days.

The villa was beautifully presented and very comfortably furnished. It had its own private garden and seating areas outside. It was spacious and spotlessly clean and everything you were likely to need for a comfortable stay was provided. It was actually better than in the online pictures and probably the best place we have stayed in the Perigord region over 30 years of visits to the area. The hosts and their family were lovely and welcoming and the welcome pack of bread, milk, preserves, eggs, breakfast cereal, wine etc was hugely appreciated. Excellent coffee and coffee machines too! Though the pool wasn't open when we were there because of the season, it would we are sure be an amazing facility in the summer months with total peace and beautiful views from the surrounding terrace. Additionally, excellent local restaurants are within short drives for lunch or dinner, and there is a local supermarket for all your needs within a few kilometres.

Die Wohnung, der Garten, der herrliche Ausblick auf die Sonnenblumenfelder direkt neben dem Pool- der Fluss ( 3 Minuten zu Fuß) und natürlich Richard und Ola, die beide sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter sind! Neben dem Haus gibt es eine Wiese mit Fußballfeld und einem Trampolin Besonders hervorzuheben ist, wie sauber die Wohnung war!

Tout était parfait ! Merci à nos hôtes, Richard et Aleksandra qui ont été merveilleux ! Lors de notre arrivée, nous avons eu un panier d'accueil très bien garni, avec des fruits et légumes du jardin, que demander de mieux ! Nous sommes venus avec notre chien qui a été très bien accueilli également et qui s'entendait très bien avec le leur ! Ils sont attentifs à notre confort et font tout ce qui est possible pour qu'on passe un agréable séjour et cela a très bien fonctionné ! Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances dans ce cadre tranquille et idyllique ! Le gîte, en plus d'être grand et magnifique, est très bien équipé et d'une propreté impeccable ! Je recommande absolument ce gîte !
