We offer this charming 120 m² house in Dinard, 450 m from the Ecluse beach, with wifi, which can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises an attractive 35 m² living room with fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, three shower rooms and an 80 m² garden. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival. Ground floor: - A 35 m² living room with TV - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - A double bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200) and en-suite shower room. - a separate WC First floor: - Two bedrooms with a queen-size bed (160×200) - one bedroom with 2 single beds - Two shower rooms - A separate WC. For even greater comfort, the following additional equipment is available: high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Outside: - A beautiful 80 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. Other information : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning does not include routine tasks such as cleaning and tidying dishes, cleaning the barbecue or taking out the rubbish. A supplement of 50e will be charged if Cocoonr has to do this for you. On site, you'll be welcomed by the team at Cocoonr, the agency specialising in "ready-to-live-in" rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to help you make the most of it.
