It comes with three bedrooms comprising of a king-size double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom, together sleeping up to five people and serviced by a bathroom with a shower over bath, basin and WC. Completing the interior is a kitchen and a sitting/dining room with electric fire. To the outside, there is off-road parking, a rear garden with seating, a lawn area and access to a games room. 2 Ings Avenue is a superb base for exploring the delights of Yorkshire.

This town is surrounded by the largest outcrop of limestone in Britain - a region of scars, cliffs, caves and potholes.
