Please note we have two properties at this site, Five bedroom town house and Three bedroom apartment The Town House Ground floor: Spacious lounge with Television, two sofas and chair (which fold into three single beds*) Large entrance hall with cloakroom WC Fully functional Kitchen including dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven and microwave Sunroom dining area with six seater dining table Utility room with washer / dryer First Floor: Bathroom with separate bath and shower Master bedroom with kingsize bed and en suite shower room Double bedroom with double bed Single bedroom with single bed Second Floor: Shower room Two double bedrooms with double beds Apartment 7 is situated on the fist floor of the apartment block, please note that there is no lift an access is via stairs only. Open plan kitchen / dinning / living area Master bedroom with ensuite and double bed Bedroom two with two single beds Bedroom three with one high bunk and also single bed All towels, bedding supplied. Dishwasher, washer dryer, cooker, kettle, microwave and fridge freezer. Television in the main living area and also in the master bedroom.
Due to restrictions we are only able to accept booking for a maximum of 6 adults for the Town House (two families of 6 adults and 6 children are permitted, if in doubt please message us before booking) Please inform 5 Shell Hill Mews in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise
Located in a quiet residential area on the edge of the Causeway Coast - Portrush and Portstewart are both less than 4 miles away. For the motorcycle enthusiasts, a short walk will have you in the heart of the action at both University Corner and the Magic Roundabout sections of the Northwest 200 course. For further race day action University Train Halt is less than five minutes walk and is one stop from Portrush station.
