Located in Callander in the Central Scotland Region, 42 km from Glasgow and 85 km from Edinburgh, Arden House B&B and Self-Catering offers adults-only accommodation. B&B guests can enjoy a delicious Continental style breakfast with a Scottish twist. We take pride in sourcing quality local and seasonal ingredients for our breakfasts which are lovingly created in the Arden House kitchen. Home baking is also a real passion. We enjoy spoiling our B&B and self-catering guests and look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful home. Following the Pandemic we installed in-room breakfast pantry units in each of our B&B guest bedrooms. During the 2021 season we re-stocked the pantries on a daily basis to enable guests to enjoy a delicious, relaxing and socially distant breakfast. However, we are hopeful that for the 2022 season that our delicious continental style breakfasts can once again be served in our spacious dining room. It gives us peace of mind to know that, if necessary, we can move quickly back to in-room breakfasts.

Arden House is a beautiful Victorian villa offering B&B and self-catering accommodation exclusively for adults. The house is situated in one of the finest positions in Callander and stands peacefully in attractive gardens overlooking the village, with panoramic views of nearby Ben Ledi and the surrounding countryside and hills of the Loch Lomond & Trossachs National Park. There is ample car parking space for guests in our private carpark. Callander is known worldwide as 'Tannochbrae,' made famous by the BBC TV series 'Dr Finlay's Casebook.' Arden House was the television home of Drs. Finlay and Cameron and their housekeeper, Janet!
