Property info

The apartment is on the first floor and has its own main door. It has been a much-loved family home and now used for personal holidays and guests. This means that it is very well equipped. Each of bedrooms has two new single beds, bedside tables and lamps and storage space. The sitting room has a comfy corner sofa, extendable dining table, large TV with surround sound. The kitchen has a breakfast table, large Miele fridge freezer, washing machine and everything guests need for their stay.

Neighborhood info

The property is situated just 3 miles south of the Edinburgh bypass, which makes it an ideal base for exploring Edinburgh too. For those travelling for work, the ample parking and easy access to the bypass makes it a great budget option, sleeping 4. There is a large Tesco at the Eskbank roundabout less than 2 miles north. The famous country pub, The Sun Inn is less than 20 minutes walk or less than 1 mile in the car. For the kids, there is the fantastic Ryze trampoline park less than a mile away. Dobbies is next to the bypass and kids will be enchanted by Edinburgh Butterfly and Insect Park , next to Dobbies. There are plenty of pay and play golf courses and driving ranges. Families will also be fascinated by the National Museum of Mining, just a short trip (1 mile) away. Although well connected to Edinburgh by bus and train, guests may wish to hire a car for a day or two and there is local car hire company that we recommend called McNicholl Vehicle Hire five minutes' walk fro,m the apartment.
