The house is a home from home. Very comfortable and ideal for everyone. Everything you can think of is there to use. Perfectly situated for local dog walks, which there are plenty, right on doorstep and for walking down to the town (10/15 mins walk). Very quiet area and completely wheelchair accessible property. Hot tub in enclosed garden ideal and garden great for dog. Games room in garage was brilliant. Pool table, darts, to name but a few. We stayed for a week but could easily have stayed for another week. We ate a few times in the Balavoulin, would highly recommend, walking distance from house and dog friendly. We went on the Strathspey steam railway and the Cairngorm mountain train. We did something every day, plenty to do and see. A wonderful house and a wonderful place!

Living room: With wood burner, Satellite TV (full package), DVD player with a selection of DVDS and CD player. Kitchen/dining room: With cooker, microwave, Air fryer, slow cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and French doors leading to garden. Utility room: With washing machine and tumble dryer and wine fridge. Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed, Satellite TV (full package) and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet. Bedroom 2: With kingsize bed Satellite TV (full package). Bedroom 3: With twin beds Satellite TV (full package). Bathroom: With bath, shower cubicle and toilet.. Oil underfloor central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included remainder available locally. Travel cot and highchair. Telephone (honesty box).. Set on the fringes of Aviemore village, a wonderful location for enjoying the great outdoors in the heart of the Cairngorm National Park, these superbly appointed and beautifully furnished properties offer a very high degree of comfort. Sitting in a quiet cul de sac, they are ideal for family gatherings. All of the four properties (refs S4401, S4402, S4615 and S4538) enjoy their own private hot tub (each for 4 people) and S4401, S4402 and S4538 have a digital, infrared sauna with music and colour system, Freeview TVs and hairdryers in all bedrooms. Aviemore is a renowned centre for outdoor pursuits &ndash; excellent climbing and hill walking, competition standard mountain bike tracks, water sports on Lochs Morlich and Insch and, of course, skiing and snow boarding in season are just some of the activities on offer. The fishing and golf are similarly excellent, with trout fishing available all year at Rothiemurchus Estate, 2 miles, or hire equipment (at cost, licence required) for salmon fishing at ...
