This is property is a spacious dormer building. Sleeps up to 11 people. Large kitchen/diner, utility room, separate toilet. Hallway leading to a separate small reception room which has a sofa bed and to 2 of the 5 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king size and bedroom 2 has 2 single. Main family bathroom with shower and corner bath is located on the ground floor. Stairs leading to the upstairs bedrooms, bedroom 3 has a king size bed with en-suite, bedroom 4 has 1 single and bedroom 5 has 2 single and is en-suite. Large front and rear garden, plenty of car parking space. It is located on a private lane so is away from busy traffic and is a safe quiet place. Outstanding views from this property. Located a 2 minute drive to local nisa shop and petrol station for all your necessary groceries and fuel. apx 5 mile from the major town of Dundalk and 7 miles from Newry city. Nearest airports are Dublin which is apx 45 mile (1 Hour drive) and Belfast 43 miles (1 hour drive) so house is very centrally located.
With apx 20 years experience in the hospitality business, running bars, restaurants and in the past B n B's , we have renovated these cottages, maintaining as much of their original features as possible and are lucky to be situated in a most beautiful part of Ireland which we would love you to see. We hope you enjoy our cottages as much as we have re-constructing them.
Located on the North/south border it has panoramic views from the front of the property, ie , Counties Louth, Meath, Armagh, Monaghan, Down Apx 4 miles from the major town of Dundalk and 6 miles Newry. Situated 2 miles from Slieve Gullion Mountain, offering lots of activity, eg hiking, cycling, walking and a great playpark and fairy walk for the little ones. The park has a cafe and is walking distance to the beautifully restored Killeavy Castle. Local Nisa shop within walking distance.
