Elbury Farm is situated on the National Trust Killerton Estate, on the outskirts of Broadclyst. We offer a beautiful, peaceful, nature rich location less than 6 miles from Exeter city centre. Traditionally a dairy farm it has now begun to take a different direction- with nearlyone third of the farm in the process of rewilding. This equates to 90 acres of farmland that has been handed over to nature to take a hold. The cottage is semi-detached and spacious - consisting of an entrance hallway, kitchen, lounge / diner, boot room (also with direct access to the yard) and conservatory downstairs, whilst upstairs has 3 good sized bedrooms, a large landing and a bathroom. The property has ample parking and a private, self contained garden overlooking the fields. Pets are welcome, I just ask that they stay downstairs -there is a door at the bottom of the stairs to keep them from exploring upstairs. Please note there is a small pet fee for the additional cleaning required after their stay. I also have 2 friendly cats which you are likely to see around the farm.
Elbury Farm is in a rural location so your own transport is essential for getting around. There is however, a pub within 20 minutes walking distance! Cranbrook Train Station: 2 miles Broadclyst: 2.5 miles Rockbeare Manor: 3 miles Exeter Airport: 3 miles Sowton Ind Est: 4 miles Exeter City: 6 miles Westpoint Centre: 7 miles Broadclyst offers two country pubs, an Indian restaurant and a Post Office whilst Cranbrook offers a Co-op, a cafe, a pub, a Chinese takeaway and a fish 'n' chip shop.
