Our property is a beautifully modern, newly refurbished apartment located directly on the Coastal Path of Plymouth’s historic Hoe. With private access to the rear of the building the apartment is fully self contained, with its own private garden, and a large open plan living / dining room / kitchen, a shower room and an additional cloakroom/Wc. Grand Parade is perfectly positioned overlooking the Sound, a picturesque waterside location only a short walk from Millbay Marina / Town Centre / The Barbican. Enjoy your stay!
We will leave you to enjoy your stay at our wonderful waterside home in complete privacy, however should you need us for anything at all, luckily we are not very far! We live in the main part of the property above, so please be considerate and respectful of this, and we would be delighted to help should you need anything at all from us during your visit.
The Hoe is a fantastic neighbourhood and we have great neighbour’s and visitors alike. Being on the coastal path it’s a regular route for walkers, ramblers, families, couples and fitness enthusiasts to cross your path. On the Doorstep of the iconic waterfront road and the Hoe Promenade the neighbourhood doesn’t get much better! Being directly on the coastal path there’s fabulous waterside views, and access in both directions to beautiful attractions worthy of a trip. There are many breathtaking beaches nearby (a little hint of ones we’d recommend are in our picture frames!), and there is a bus stop on the main road right by the house.
