The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was located close to newcastle night life and metro centre for shopping. breakfast was simple but enjoyable. The hotel bar prices were expensive. |

Being near the Metro Centre. Only 15 minute walk. Hotel was clean and room clean and comfortable. Would have liked more choice of fruit with breakfast. Felt bread, milk, etc kept running low and we were waiting about for staff to refill. |

Staff were pleasant. Lady at desk on last date noted my complaints and refunded £20.oo which was good of her. Housekeeping was very sparse. Soiled sheets were not changed, dirty glasses not removed, No hot food or room rservice in this hotel. Not good value for money. |

Good clean accommodation at a reasonable price. A convenient stop off place when travelling up to Scotland or as a base for my wifes favourite pastime- shopping. I would like to see an option at breakfast i.e continental or full english |

It was a convenient location The staff on reception were hopeless they gave us the wrong room number, even wrote the wrong room number on the card and therefore we could not get into the room as the key didn't fit, my husband had to go back to reception to sort it out, our friends who we arrived with had exactly the same happen to them. Not very impressive when you first arrive. |

it was close to the metro centre easy walking distance there seemed to be a mix up with the booking i booked two rooms the girl at reception couldnt find the second room and put my friends into a disabled room which was in a different corridor from myself and my husband apart from this everything else was fine |

The cleaners store room was right next to our room and we were wakened by the noise that the cleaners were making. From the conversations it appeared that a new member of staff was being trained however this could have been done a bit more quietly. When I went for a shower the shower gel/shampoo was empty. |
