This recently refurbished, detached three bedroom holiday property in Aviemore is in a superb setting with large rear wild garden and off road parking. Most suitable for 4 adults and two children. This comfortable bungalow is located in a woodland setting (with seasonal wildlife including red squirrels & roe deer) on the fringe of the village near the Dalfaber Country Club / restaurant (750m). The property is approximately 15 minutes walk from the main village centre and is set in a great location amidst pine woods on the edge of a small cul-de-sac with a wild rear garden with large patio, portable BBQ & outdoor dining furniture. Recent upgrade with new refurbished kitchen and enhanced WI-FI, bluetooth music system.  Secure timber storage shed 8' x 6'. Free off road parking. This property operates with an ECB and is not suitable for e-car charging. Nearest point is 2kms.    Entrance vestibule with cloakroom toilet, comfortable airy lounge with twin leather settees, bluetooth music system, electric fireplace, double bedroom and twin bedroom, third king size bedroom with (small step 100mm) DVD / TV monitor - kids films.  Recently refurbished fitted kitchen / compact dining with 4 chairs and two pull out stools, bathroom with shower over bath. Garden and patio dining / seating area with portable BBQ and garden furniture. Large timber storage shed 8' x 6' with lock. Rotary drying area. Free parking: 2/3 cars. Max. 1 dog only - not allowed in bedrooms or on furnishings.
