This property is situated 150 yards from the sea. With access to the Cleveland Way, this 200 year old cottage is great for walkers and people wanting a relaxing holiday.. Ground Floor: Living/dining room: (No TV) Kitchen: Electric Cooker, Microwave, Freezer, Washing Machine First Floor: Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed Bathroom: Bath, Toilet Second Floor: Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds. Night storage heaters, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Travel cot and highchair. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. . This attractive, light, semi-detached holiday cottage is over 200 years old and situated in a peaceful location which gives access to the Cleveland Way at the top of a cobbled road leading to the sea. It is well maintained and comfortably furnished retaining attractive features such as original beamed and timbered ceilings. Ideal for golf. Shop, pub and beach 150 yards.
