Excellent tasty breakfast, well prepared and locally resourced, including home-made jams etc. A very welcoming and friendly greeting by the proprietor, with plenty of useful information about the local area. A fantastic Yorkshire location, with beautiful views. It ticked all the boxes for us. Would highly recommend this B and B for both its charm and comfort.

We are located 4 miles from Richmond seated in the countryside the stone built house on three levels has garden on all sides .guests are on ground floor level when entering 4 steps from the front .We have a Quiet Blue Room with basket of table games We also do dinners on pre.order menus can be sent to you using garden and very local foods .witha twist .
Alison has been in the catering bussiness for over 3decades loves her garden and cooking up local foods and produce from the garden when its in season mixing wild shopping with farm foods .You may request tailor made dishes pre.ordered you may also invite your friends to join you . The Rooms have been Dressed by myself and have made most of the covers curtains and special features to help you have a truly unique home from home to your stay .Having Produced volumes of meals in some very out of the way over the hills and in castles just a few venues
We have some local market towns with river walks .castles and abbeys . The Bowes Musem is on our door step . Wensleydale Creamery .Raby Castle home of the White Deer .we can also provide Dinner at Gorse Grove with local meats And Garden Greens
