Exclusively Eastbourne was set up by husband and wife, Carl & Sarah Stanger, after they recognised the need for high quality self catering accommodation in Eastbourne. Both Carl & Sarah have travelled extensively, lived abroad and enjoyed (and occasionally endured) a wide spectrum of holiday and business accommodation and this experience has shaped their understanding of what makes a great holiday home. Their ethos is simple – to listen to and understand what guests require and provide only the best holiday homes. If there is something that would help to make your stay extra special, just ask. Perhaps it is a romantic getaway and you want champagne chilling and flowers on arrival?

Gresham House is located just a stone's throw from Eastbourne's beachfront, with the pier, excellent pubs, restaurants and a variety of beach cafés amongst its nearby attractions. These newly renovated ground floor holiday apartments are breathtakingly elegant and modern, yet set within an impressive Grade II listed building. Gresham House (2-bed) has a kingsize bedroom with ensuite bathroom, plus twin room and family bathroom. Gresham House (1-bed) has a spacious bedroom with a super kingsize bed and one bathroom. Both apartments have open plan living areas, plus patio gardens. WiFi is provided, plus all towels and linen. Parking available on street, with permits that can be bought for 2GBP per day.
