Kitchen area: With electric oven, ceramic hob, combi microwave/oven/grill, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Separate toilet. Ground Floor: Utility room: With washer/dryer. Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed, patio doors leading to garden and en-suite with shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail.
