We are delighted to market this lovely flat superbly located in the heart of St Andrews, this three bedroom first floor flat forms part of a secluded stone built property on a private gated road within a few minutes walk to the abundance of facilities and amenities to be found in this historic town. Middle Flat, Westview House, Westview comprises Secure Entrance, Vestibule, Entrance Dining Hall, Sitting Room, fitted Kitchen, Utility area, Master Bedroom with En Suite Shower Room, two further double Bedrooms, Bathroom and Cloakroom. This flat incorporates many attractive features including double-glazed wooden sash and case windows, privacy and roman blinds, ornate cornice and window shutters, is well presented and continually updated and decorated and is located in a prime sought after address. Westview is easily accessible on foot by taking the Lade Braes Lane just off South Street located just after Blackfriers Chapel Ruins. Alternatively by car travel east along South Street, turn right into Queens Gardens and left onto Queens Terrace. Follow the road to the end and turn right up into West View. The property is located on the right hand side. The parking space is allocated to the front of the property (the middle space). By car from South Street (A918) turn right at the roundabout onto Abbey Street, take the first turning onto Greenside Place, then take the right hand fork onto Queen's Terrace, follow it to the end and turn right onto Westview, the entrance to the property can be found on the right hand side. The historic town of St Andrews is without doubt one of the most popular locations in Britain. St Andrews is home to the Royal and Ancient Golf Club and the famous Old Course, host to the Open Golf Championship. Its amenities include Scotland's oldest university, founded in 1413, beautiful award winning beaches, historic buildings, including the ruins of the cathedral, castle and St Rule's Tower and a wide variety of specialist shops and restaurants.
