A good size house, in a pleasant part of town. It is an easy and pleasant walk down the old high street to the harbour, and then an easy (but longer walk to the beach). Wells is a good location for a holiday these days with a good range of places to eat, and things to do and see. The house was clean and well equiped, and decorated,

Centrally located in the popular seaside town of Wells-next-the-Sea, this semi-detached holiday property is just a few minutes walk away from the quayside, well known for its fresh shellfish. There are many good pubs and restaurants in the town with a sandy beach 1 mile from the quayside. An ideal holiday choice any time of year. Holkham Hall parkland and beach is 2 miles. Sandringham Royal Estate is 10 miles. Sailing, windsurfing, walking, golf and cycling are all available locally. Shop, pub and restaurant &frac12; mile.
