Modern serviced City Centre garden apartment with carport within walking distance from Cambridge railway station Universities, Addenbrooke's Hospital and Research & ARM. Close to shops, leisure facilities and bus stop with busses arriving every 10 minutes to the City Centre. There is a pleasure park with two free tennis courts close by. A Pharmacy, Italian deli, wine store, post office, Fish & Chip shop and convenience stores just around the corner.Fully furnished and equipped. Unlimited Wi-fi, off street carport,bike store,private landscaped garden. Egyptian cotton bed linen and towels delivered weekly. Furnished and fully equipped to provide clean, comfortable accommodation.Sofa, armchair, coffee table, TV, table and four chairs, radio. Trifold doors lead to a large decked terrace and private garden. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, cooker, washer/dryer, hob and extractor fan. Dishwasher, Microwave, toaster and kettle. King size bed with cotton pocket sprung mattress and duck down duvet and pillows. Fresh laundered white Egyptian cot bed linen and towels are delivered each Bathroom with bath & shower.Private garden.Carport HOTEL LIVING ONLY BETTER!
