Although it is externally traditional and dates from the mid 19th century, the interior is very modern, spacious and bright with lovely roof lights bringing light into all areas of the house. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, this is the perfect space for 6/7 people. The master suite spans the entire width of the property, enjoying views of the pretty street from the two Juliette balconies. There is a superking four poster bed, a huge bank of wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The second bedroom is made up as a superking bed but can be divided into two single beds on request in advance. There is a family bathroom on this level. The third bedroom sleeps up to 3 in a double bed with a single bunk above. There is also a desk and it is the perfect spot for homeworking. There is a bonus extra bathroom on the ground floor - great for when coming back from the beach! It features a walk in shower. Just moments from the beach and from the quirky restaurants, boutique shops and bars of Western Road in central Hove - and super close to Brighton centre as well whilst in a quiet mews road cul-de-sac so it is nice and quiet! It is just a 15-20 minute walk either along the beach or along Western Road - which is peppered with shops, cafes and restaurants - into the very centre of Brighton. There is one parking place on the courtyard at the front of the property and the area has excellent local public transport options
